Now if a bunch of drunken yahoos called him 'spic' it would be on the nightly news. Congressional hearings held. Essays in the paper examining our nation's soul.

Was he taken advanatage of because he was an immigrant - given poor training - substandand equipment?
And he was KILLED because he was in immigrant? A blip in the bottom of of 10.

If the construction worker entered the US without asking for or receiving permission, he was not an "Immigrant", he was an illegal alien. He would have been working illegally.

This while we are being asked to spend Trillions to make jobs available. For illegal aliens, or for taxpaying citizens?

In any event, nothing justifies that any illegal alien be killed. But, he was killed. So, look to Commissar Death and taxes to explain his sanctuary city policy, encouraging illegal aliens to take jobs away from US Citizens.

Further, look to Commissar Death and Taxes to explain why no building inspector did anything to prevent the collapse.

We have no business holding anyone's life cheap. A certain amount of danger will always be part of construction, but if recklessness was involved, someone needs to go to jail.
