Will Albany stop Bloomberg's third term?

From NY Mag:

Mayor Bloomberg has already hired a team of rivals and launched a website, and he now plans to open dozens of campaign offices and launch TV ads as early as April. But a bill headed for a full vote in the state legislature would undo the controversial law passed by the City Council last fall that revised mayoral term limits and allowed Bloomberg to run again in the first place. If it passes (and, at this point, its prospects are unclear), the city will have to hold a public referendum on the issue before May 1.

This is one stubborn man whom we can't get rid of. He has the $$ to hang in there to wear everyone down.

We must convince Albany to save us from the Emperor! In that pic, he seems to be the Galactic Emperor from Star Wars

11 states have already declared sovereignty against the US government (10th Amendment) due to the stimulus package. NY would be wise to do the same. There are MANY strings attached if the states accept this money. This means less freedom for us, and more government intervention on all levels of life. Kiss the freedom we have now goodbye! Computerized medical records, not being able to be opted out of whatever the government wants you to do.
