Woman nearly killed by falling concrete

MyFoxNY.com -- Police told Arina Kotlyarsky it was her lucky day: A huge chunk of concrete broke off from the overhead A train trestle and slammed into the roof of her SUV. Cops say if it had landed just a few inches further it would have crashed through Arina's windshield and killed her. The MTA says the crumbling concrete along that stretch of overpass is due for repair in the future. Rob Malcolm reports from Far Rockaway.
