There's some Glendale and Middle Village, too.

Thank you! Brings back so many memories and makes me sad for how things used to be.

The problem is that everyone likes to share this stuff and fall into "remember this" or "remember that" and "how great things once were", but when you ask for support from the community to fight for things ... you get shrugs.

That is the real test on how people feel about things.

Cuts through the BS real fast.

Wish my Mom and Dad were still here to see these pix. Celebrated Mom's 75th birthday at Neiderstein's. Bohack was our favorite grocery store. Thanks for the memories as Bob Hope used to say. The world has changed so much. We'll never see these "good times" again!

Certainly don't see litter all over the place, mounds of garbage and overflowing public garbage cans with household garbage. These were the last of the immigrants who actually cared about their new country, not like the tons of slobs that plop here not and treat the country like some fucking flop house.

makes me more sad how people sell out and the new ones don't give a sh*t cause they never learned to think and the pols are into identity politics.
