That name makes absolutely no fucking sense, what does it have to do with the environment. But in this day and age of shoddy journalism, shock news, lying politicians and Fox News, just saying it means it is the truth.
"You know most Asian spas are whore rackets, right" Most are nothing more or less than a place to get a decent massage and a quick "tug" at a very low cost. And contrary to popular opinion, the women who work there are not innocent little girls who have been trafficked and forced into prostitution but woman in their 40s and 50s who are basically owner/operators.

A tug at the end is still prostitution. Hence forth, a whore racket. If they weren't, then there wouldn't be so many. Supply and demand. The demand is there if you supply it. Supply it, and there will be a demand.
Also, trafficking isn't always exclusive to young women. It's anyone in dire needs and forced. Widows, divorcees with no income or job skills, married women who left the country to find work to send home, etc. Many older ladies will assume the role of the owner to cover someone else behind the curtain. They're still held in some way into the business thru violence, blackmailing, etc.
If prostitution were legal (and it should be), then the whole business of trafficking would cease to exsist. Women and men could freely and safely create business for themselves.

Why your neighborhood is full of Queens Crap
"The difference between dishonest and honest graft: for dishonest graft one worked solely for one's own interests, while for honest graft one pursued the interests of one's party, one's state, and one's personal interests all together." - George Washington Plunkitt

maspeth-- 48th Street
Seriously? Is that sign from the upstairs tenants?
Perhaps they'll be requesting certain government grants due to silly loopholes as well.
It's a one story building. Maybe there are authentic environmental professionals in the back. But this just looks funny.
The business gets Federal funding for its environmental programs.
It does look funny. Probably left over from the previous tenants. The "spa" knows it won't be there too long so they didn't bother having it removed.
As Hamlet said, "Aye, there's the rub"!
You know most Asian spas are whore rackets, right/ Look at those hot blond chics getting on their bus on Main Street
