You may remember the name "Lucho's" from a post about the problem location back on 9/7/2010, with a follow up post on 9/13/2010. Well, they apparently lost their lease (gee, I wonder why) and now have to apply for a new liquor license for their new location. CB2 is expected to tell them to take a hike tonight.
