Rogue traffic agent files lawsuit against City
From CBS 2:
An embarrassing video clip has a New York City police officer suing the city he works for.
Last summer, Agent Daniel Chu was spotted speeding through a Queens neighborhood with emergency lights flashing as he drove to a Dunkin Donuts. He then ticketed city Councilman Daniel Halloran, who took pictures of the incident.
Chu has now filed a slander and libel claim, accusing the councilman of making “maliciously false reports.”

You could see this one coming from a mile off.
Can the city just transfer this piece of garbage to some beat in Jamaica or east new york where the "community" can just beat the crap out of him....
The city will probably settle to avoid costly litigation. This guy is a piece of shit.
He's not a Police Officer, he's a Safety Officer.
He should be committed to the assylum. Some elderly drivers are afraid to drive into Whitestone because of him.

He ticketed him FOR taking pictures? Or was it a separate situation? It was a public street with no reasonable expectation of privacy, he can take all the pictures he goddamn pleases.
