Look around people,it's EVERYWHERE! Call 911 to report graffiti in progress,call 311 after the fact.If you don't report it,it will not be addressed.
Screw the city!
They're not going to do anything about it.
A better idea is to spend a few bucks on a gallon of paint and to clean up the graffiti yourself.
Take matters into your own hands where possible when it involves cleaning up your own neighborhood.
