This would be the worst thing that could happen to Queens. It would mean losing one of the top two companies headquartered in Queens. Helen Marshall (if she had half a brain) should find out what JetBlue needs to stay put or in a similar location IN Queens and provide it for them. (This is exactly what a borough president should be spending her time doing)

Sounds good to me. I've been looking at subleasing some office space in the neighborhood, so I can have a place to do some work closer to home.
This should bring down the office rents pretty steeply, making that office space nice and cheap.
