Wellington (Willets) Pointe; Flush Com (Flushing Commons); etc.
will likewise burn out to a fizzle.

Neither of these grandiose projects will be built to the size and scope its promoters have ballyhooed.

Claire Shulman, Wellington Chen and Michael Meyers will tuck their tails between their cloven hooves and limp back into their caves to lick their wounded egos.

You can't fight a bad economy and win.

So what?

The taxpayers always foot the bill for things they don't want.

The saving grace here is these projects DON'T get built the way these greedy SOBs wanted!
