Thought you were talking about Queens Plaza but $40 million of my taxes has the same effect as 6 drinks and an ugly girl: its beeeaaauuuuutiful

But if the developer wanted to build a 6 story brick crapbox there I assure you DOB would find that the lot exists and praise the developer for building crap. But since it is not a developer asking something of DOB they could care less.
