Massive brush fire on Staten Island

From NY1:

Fire crews on Staten Island are battling a large brush fire that is threatening several beachfront homes in Oakwood.

Fire officials say flames broke out around 1 p.m. near Mill Road and Aviston Street.

One home has been completely engulfed in flames, which have been shooting up as high as ten stories, according to witness accounts.

No injuries have been reported.
