Is there some subcontractor with a deal with the city doing this? We got something in the mail, which we are supposed to sign, giving "someone" authority to come on our property to look at diseased trees; but we are hesitant becuase it is not clear what they are looking for, what they will do if...etc. This looks like a scam to me. The more tree$ cut down the more $$ for them. The worst kind of scam--the kind sanctioned by the city. deal$$$

Why your neighborhood is full of Queens Crap

It's all a part of Bloomberg's 'slaughter a million trees for the sake of 'development' campaign.
