Sure, we definatly do get Manhattanites in LIC, Astoria and Forest Hills. Even a few in Bayside, Douglaston and Auburndale.
We definatly do not get any in District 30.
And thank God for that!
This is a fantastic stat that should be looked into.
Are the people moving from NYC to the Bronx the minority population that is being pushed out of Manhattan?
Is the lack of people moving to Queens based on the avoidance of getting involved in declining neighborhoods in that borough?
