Trash piled high and deep outside Queens schools

From WPIX:

Some Queens neighbors are speaking up about trash piles near several schools.

They contacted NYC Council Member Daniel Dromm after trying to get things cleaned up.

This is such bullshit that this garbage issue (obviously not only in Jamaica Queens) but all over Queens is not taken care of and solutions found and actions take place. Just came back from Florida (Fort Pierce to West Palm Beach) and did not see litter at all, even in the lower economic areas, they have huge signs all over the place about litter fines. They take this issue serious, but obviously the "greatest" and richest city in the world does not give a shit. No excuse for this.

The problem is the same in the Bronx. RKA and PS 24 in Riverdale put out their trash regardless of the day and it just sits there sometimes waiting for days to be picked up.

I don't understand how schools don't use a Dumpster system.

I blame too much immigration for this problem....more people equals higher rent, more illegal houses, less affordable housing, higher taxes and more garbage......plain and simple NYC!! The NY government sucks!!
