E & F subway repairs
From Eyewitness News:
Subway riders in Queens should brace for some major inconveniences, as a track repair project is set to impact commuters at three stations along Queens Boulevard.
Beginning Saturday, work will be going on 24 hours a day for nine straight days. It sounds like a lot, but the MTA says if they staggered the shut down, the project could take weeks.
Workers armed with pamphlets are trying to spread the work to subway riders about what is to come - major services disruptions affecting the E and the F trains along Queens Boulevard.
Tracks will close between Parsons Boulevard and 71st Avenue in Forest Hills from midnight Saturday to 5 a.m. Monday, April 16.
Plus, all Manhattan-bound trains will bypass the Sutphin Bouvelard station, the Briarwood-Van Wyck station and the 75th Avenue station.

I guess once every 25 years is bearable.
lol, omg poor people..they will have to walk to another station. lol
This isn't even as bad as I was expecting.
SO what will the usual denezins who loiter around the two Sutphin Stations do this weekend? Will they kick out the old homeless lady who sleeps 24/7 at the non-booth end of Sutphin/Hillside?
Anon No. 4:
Not much. The station is still open. The trains are skipping in one direction only.
By the way, the word is spelled "denizens."
