Take it from a guy who has knowledge of, and sympathy for, small businesses.
the little troll must have stocks in American Express!
And by the way Mr. Small Business Owner, here is your hiked Commericial RE tax bill, a Sanitation ticket, a few parking tickets your truck got making deliveries, and few ECB violation fines for petty crap like making too much noise while doing construction work you also have outstanding.

Wanna buy a used municipal parking lot? What difference does it make if the small businesses nearby are destroyed?
They used to be very large businesses, but now they are quite small. Will the last employed person in American turn off the lights?
