City Hall has a report card on how well Bloomberg has kept his campaign promises. And he didn't do too well.

Crime Victim

They're going easy on the Mayor on the crime statistics #11. They report that crime went down through 2009 and gave him a B.
It's been reported all over the press that crime rates have been shooting up in 2010.
If this is a report card on keeping campaign promises for the third term, then why tell us about the positive news from 2009 and leave out the relevant 2010 statistics which are much worse?

Why your neighborhood is full of Queens Crap
"The difference between dishonest and honest graft: for dishonest graft one worked solely for one's own interests, while for honest graft one pursued the interests of one's party, one's state, and one's personal interests all together." - George Washington Plunkitt
The above organizations are recognized by Queens Crap as being beneficial to the city as a whole, by fighting to preserve the history and character of our neighborhoods. I'd give him a D on crime.
Crime also dropped dramatically from 2001 to any year because all of the WTC deaths are technically on the books as murders.
Shocking news. How terribly, terribly shocking.
