It, no doubt, will be replaced by a Tommy Huang type of "cluster-f--k" housing unit!
Lets see.
Old building: porch, style, yard, trees, small scale.
New building: ugly, hanging junkyards, concrete for grafitti coverd van parked in the front, a warehouse for people.
