Over 20 years ago my Chinese neighbor rented out his illegal basement apartment (now since officially shut down) to a Chinese tenant who hung out on the 30 foot backyard clothesline 20 plucked chickens to dry out. The tenant worked in a sweatshop down the block and was selling the chickens to his co-workers. After I complained to my neighbor, he eventually evicted the guy. A few days later, on the roof of the sweatshop building chickens were being hung up there as well. This guy was a persistent entrepreneur.
The only vibrant thing I saw today were those SNOT ROCKETS IN FLIGHT!!! And I know you know what those are!! I'll take CIVILITY over vibrant and diverse any day of the week:)
It's not just the fish, did you get a look at that so called retaining wall and electric wires that are suppose to be attached to a pole just hanging in the wind? It's a horrible accident waiting to happen and the site is suppose to be secure, yeah ok Dob will have some excuse when someone gets hurt.

Why your neighborhood is full of Queens Crap
"The difference between dishonest and honest graft: for dishonest graft one worked solely for one's own interests, while for honest graft one pursued the interests of one's party, one's state, and one's personal interests all together." - George Washington Plunkitt
The above organizations are recognized by Queens Crap as being beneficial to the city as a whole, by fighting to preserve the history and character of our neighborhoods. You should see those Asian restaurant workers (in checkered "chef's" pants) fly casting for gulls at the Ft. Totten stone jetty.
Seagull great delicacy (LOL).
Can I recommend a good Asian restaurant in downtown Flushing?
Nope! Unless you like mystery meat.
That is nothing new here in good old Flushing. I see neighbors hand out fish all the time
