Help Me Howard enters house the Baileys left

From PIX11:

So Byrne has her home back. It will need work from the damage done: things like holes in a door and another door off its hinges. And she’ll have to check out the plumbing and electrical work.

But the Bailey’s are out. Now, Byrne says she’s going to sell the place.

Howard: "All's well that ends well".

"Ends"? What's next? Coverage of the new tenants moving in?

I feel so bad for this poor woman, taking care of her sick husband in FL and having to deal with these people whom the law allows to victimize her.

One hundred thousand dollars lost.

Ending well?

Good luck with the next unsuspecting landlord...

I wonder if her and her husband voted a straight Dem ticket while living here.

"Bill Bailey, won't you please come home". NO, stay away!
Unfortunately, absentee landlords get screwed for whatever reason when they are not present.
Maybe if you are going to rent from afar, hiring a real estate management agent might be your best bet.
Yes, it costs you, but look what it already has cost poor Aida.
At least those low life bastards are gone.
Was Bailey dropped from the NYPD and for what reason?
What a slimy pair of knuckleheads!

They never intended on paying rent ever. I am glad they are out. I hope they are living in one of the Mayor's homeless/Hotel shelters.

The couple are probably relatively well off. The husband is a retired NYPD sergeant according to the tv episode I watched.
