The many canopies of John Ciafone

202 Franklin Street Manor?
199 Green Street Court?

It looks like homeboy decided to class up his properties with outdoor shelter areas. Now how about fixing the insides?

He probably needed a permit, as it appears the poles are on City property?????????

As hideous as his mug.

How the windows are covered in that first photo (on steinway) is ridiculous. Dozens of small campaign posters taped up. I guess no one wanted that garbage on their lawns.

I am surprised his wifey does not reel him in. He is an embarrassment.

That awning on the manor...What could possibly be behind that door?

I hate the way this word has become a trite catchphrase, but it must be said

Seriously?

"Manor" and "Court" - Apparently, he thinks he royalty.

Moron and laughing stock is what he is.

Perhaps his goal is to demand higher rents because of the added verbiage.

He's a lawyer? Unbelievably ridiculous individual.

Canopies with chain link fence and multiple garbage cans.

That is laughable.

Is it not?

His goal is to absolutely raise the rents, my building reads Plaza and then the rent went up $400 per month, yet I get a bucket full of water on my windowsill when it rains, also bucket full of water in the Lobby when it rains. These awnings are like putting lipstick on a prostitute and calling her royalty.
