There's a luxury tower on Manhattan's east side called
The Capri. Below is a screenshot from the development's website:

When they say, "Luxury begins with altitude" they know what they are talking about.

Because this is what may greet you at ground level outside the place. The place is so luxurious that it comes with a mound of garbage generated by the college dorms that pay the mortgage. An added bonus is that it sits adjacent to a bus layover area.
And if you're a pedestrian just passing through? Well tough shit.

I'm so used to Bloomberg sending all the shit to Queens, that it's kind of nice to see it in Manhattan
