Bushwick Avenue bushwhacked by FLC!

QC normally focuses on crap in Queens, but we were alerted to the presence of a very special dung pile at 908 Bushwick Avenue. The lobby is in the cellar? Top floors overhang community drive? The design elements seem familiar. A little TOO familiar.
Mama mia! Who could be responsible for this architectural abortion? (Also notice how the rendering differs from the reality.)
Sure enough, look who was spotted in the vicinity. It's none other than Frank Lloyd Crap!

This is very ugly, but it will probably rent for $3000 a month for a one bedroom.

I wonder who the Adam Lombardi of Brooklyn is. Who is sucking developer cock to get these things approved there?

I can't comment. I am laughing way too hard. These developers and realtors are mentally ill and borderline retarded. As well as any hipshit who will be willing to live there.

Zoning Diagram does show the top of the building hanging over the edge ...

I hear Canada is very affordable. I might just pack my bags and move to British Columbia if things get worse.

When does someone build an overhang over an entire neighboring building? That'll be the next trend in packing in more sardines en route to the Soylent Green population of 40 million by 2022. Sheesh!

Good lord that's ugly. Couldn't they have made it all dark brick? That and some decoration along the top would have transformed this from hideous eyesore to just out of character.

That area is still crime-ridden too. And I bet poor people still live in those buildings next door and nearby...for now...

Wow, it has to be a real pile of crap for FL Crap to make a personal appearance. I'm impressed however. Hopefully the architects will Fedder up the joint, maybe lay some parking pads in the front and some rusty curbside mailboxes, some visible gas meters, we'll be looking at a typical gem. slainte!
