Bicycles recycled into artwork under Queensboro Bridge

From Scouting New York:

I was driving along Vernon Blvd in Queens when I spotted something you don’t usually see under the 59th Street Bridge…A bicycle garden! Or, to be specific, a row of flowers made out of old bike parts.

Miss Heather found something even more interesting just south of there...

Looks like other steel parts and ugly looking car hub caps from the endless accidents on Vernon.

So does the new boutique hotel have any business in that corner? Now all they need is a water slide and a wine bar for the new condo closed off insular people and a parking lot for them to drive from Gantry park.
Still no grocery store for the Queensbridge houses I bet.
