Adams and the "TEAM" are boasting that the city makes many arrests but fails to make any mention of the number of criminal convictions. Probably because there are none. Arrest and release, just like catch and release at Bidens southern border. The city is so violent and dangerous and the administration is unwilling to prosecute anyone except crime victims that no one reports crimes anymore. If any statistics look good out of context, that's why. The city continues its spiral downwards.
