If this garbage gets green lighted a Casino or hotel with bus transfer to a Flushing Meadow casino may end up on that huge Metro mall property. I do know part of that building was used for TV and movie set construction and is now vacant, landlord losing money. (they use Greenpoint, Brooklyn Navy yard and Mexico for set construction now. Why else could these progressives want to bring challenged "urban" in people and "mess" into the nice areas Middle Village, Ridgewood.

That is: If I'm correct there are 2 main huge gas lines that run beside the current tracks. You can even see them from under the tracks at Cypress ave, Seneca ave road underpasses, they must be 24 inch diameter each. I lived on Seneca and it was explained to me those are the main lines that tied into the Elmhurst gas tanks but still bring supply much of Queens and both LGA and JFK airports gas from Brooklyn (where it comes in under the Verrazano narrows from the terminal New Jersey)
Has anybody asked what the gas company and Dept of home security thinks about this?

In theory great but problem is its near impossible for anybody but a democrat communist to win that seat or any seat in Albany, NYC council etc.
