This house got some facelift. It looks they made a few extra rooms.
This reminds me of the second little piggy house.
Maybe the extra space is store these grills?
One side has shingles, the other side has brick paneling.
Maybe this is the little mo' housing from the City Of Yes doctrine.

What a shame, its completely butchered and practically bloat cancer'd out right to the property line.
No more front stoop, room for some rosebush or grass, Worst, Where do you park your car now?
Looks good to me.
It's a soul crushingly bland worker's barracks that seems designed and intended to demoralize the residents. On your knees before your managerial overlords, filthy serfs!
However, in future, it may come to pass that we may look back in fond nostalgia at these 3 story barracks as they are replaced by brutalist 10, 14, 20 or even 40+ story apartment blocks- green, net zero, sustainable, microapartments or pods. Then reminisce when one could see the sun from sidewalks that weren't in perpetual shade and crowds worse than Flushing Main St. Check out Atlantic Ave from Logan St and see the future.

I'm going to do a thing on that real soon. But it hedges on some go fund me donations. And you are right, those apartments even look tiny from the street even with the floor to ceiling windows.
Homes for the newcomers.
