Lol, no kidding. If you take the entire staff of the AG's office and have them do nothing else but go after one person, yeah you'll probably find something, especially since the tax and other laws are totally convoluted, even contradictory. As they used to say, you could indict a ham sandwich.

June 2001, FRBNY & NYAS report on science in the city argued one quarter of NYC economic energy is spent on arrogant real estate activities. Back then Manhattan didn't even allow MLS. The realtors have a political economic scam going for over a century. After a financial crisis the adventurous move out, and the unions take back their give backs and the city redirects infrastructure maintenance and police to social program and of course employment for cronies. This causes a real estate crisis which allows developers to roll up properties on the cheap and start redeveloping them with cheap recession labor. But the drop in prices brings back a new adventurous set, as the economy begins to improve, and they elect moderates. THis eventually drives real estate properties back up, even more astronomically, so they can sell high.
There’s nothing that good Christian Americans and other Americans of faith love more than telling a good lie and calling it “Acceptable Business Practice “.
The reason Trump is being sued civilly rather than prosecuted criminally is because Tish knows she could never meet the much higher standard of proof required in a criminal case. She'll bring in her experts on valuation and Trump will bring in his and the case will settle in 10 years or so. This is about the election, and nothing else.
