The REAL problem is that people think that a fixed stationary object is the problem.

Torey, please send your roadway design to DOT, Facebook does not design and build them. This one will be DRIVER error not the roadway's fault. Bet that PJ "I wanna be on TV, I'm a hero" guy showed up on the scene in a vehicle with a defaced plate that he parked illegally.
I have no idea what this is about.
The problem is most of today's cops can't chew bubble gum and walk at the same time. Most of them can't drive either.
