Already mentioned here that he paid someone to put out 100 signs who did so in all of 10 blocks. Ciafone got the hosing was the point of that post.

Limpdick Johnny put all these signs up on the BQE exit to the Grand Central parkway where most people that pass by these signs don't even live in the district and can't vote for him. Most are commuters or people traveling north using the Tribourough bridge. Not only is he a Limpdick but not too smart.
What commenters here are too stupid to understand is that each one of these signs is a $75 fine. I'm sure they're the ones calling the numbers on the "we buy junk cars" signs all over the borough so they think it's fine.

No the abundance of 'Junk Cars' signs shows that the law is not being enforced, and if they go after him he will undoubtedly raise the issue so it's a moot point.
