It's gone to the grand jury!

From the Daily News:

Federal and state grand juries have begun hearing testimony in criminal investigations of Mayor de Blasio’s fund-raising.

Manhattan U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara is said to be presenting evidence in a probe of how de Blasio collected large sums of money for a since disbanded nonprofit organization called the Campaign for One New York.

The New York Times reported that Bharara's panel is examining whether the mayor or aides gave donors helpful city action in exchange for contributions in a half dozen matters. An explicit quid-pro-quo or excessive pressure to donate would be federal felonies.

Separately, Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance Jr. has issued subpoenas and taken witness testimony in connection with additional large sums raised by de Blasio’s team in an attempt to switch the state Senate from Republican to Democratic control through upstate elections.

Vance is focused on whether de Blasio's routing of the money constituted an end-run misdemeanor violation of the state election law.

This sounds no different than the dealings of the Clinton Foundation.

It was determined that no wrongdoing occurred there, so this must also be above par.

This matter will not be settled until after the mayor's second term is completed.

And at that time, "what difference does it make "...

Does he have to step down as mayor if he's indicted?

I believe he does...

His wife automatically becomes mayor if he steps down. His progressive measure to ensure inclusion.

Write up the warrants and subpoenas for Mayor Big Slow Shit Slow De Blasio, Ross Offinger, John "Boy Rosen, the fixer Alicia Glen, James Capalino, Anthony Shorris and all the Gentrification and Homeless Industrial Complexes of predatory developers and predator equity, various lobbyist and vulture venture firms and immoral hoteliers.

This bum is mentally defective, hasn't a shred of integrity, and has shown that in so many ways. His latest? Ordering that the 1-horned buck deer that's been wandering around Harlem be put down instead of relocated. Cuomo has ordered that the deer be relocated. I hope DiDumDum's fat rear end ends up in jail for a long, long time.

This is the worst and most corrupt administration that City Hall has ever seen, and it feels like a 'Hijack-And-Held-In-Hostage' situation that has beeen FOISTED onto all city residents by this derelict-and-voracious thief of epic, humanitarian fail.

If this shithead isn't found guilty and locked up immediately, then I will lose all faith in this purported system of 'selective' and 'occasional' justice. Meanwhile, up in the faulty towers of Albany (and Mario's son's personal slush fund), there are two guilty criminals who have yet to see a single day in lockup: Sheldon Silver and Dean Skelos (and son Adam). And, despite the fact that Silver was ordered to pay restitution on the more than $5 Million that he filched from public coffers, he has appealed the decision, and until the case is heard, a judge has required him to pay ONLY the monthly amount of his state pension, about $5,000.

Is there any wonder why no one in the rank and file has any faith in the crooked powers that be, all of whom actually work to protect the guilty/wealthy, whilst destroying the innocent and poor? This process devalues all honesty itself, and Bill de Blasio should get the book-and-bookcase thrown at him. He is a criminal, or as I like to correctly refer to him and the perpetual Albany crime spree as: 'CRIMES WITHOUT CRIMINALS!'

Pay for play!
My local representative....and I use the term loosely...is councilman Paul Vallone.
He is our district's pay for play boy!
A recent news media article noted that he accepted campaign contributions from developers seeking approval for their projects within his district. In return, Don Paulo supported their building plans.
Calling Preet. Do not ignore Queens as a major pay for play playing field. In fact, this is the pay for play Wild West where developers call the shots not your government reps.
Many other council members and state officials, besides political mafioso Vallone, indulge in this time "honored" political chickanery practice.
Who is your crooked politician?
Grace Meng, Jimmy Van Bramer, CB1 or CB7 members?
Just follow the money to find out whose pocket it winds up in and whose developer's pocket they sit in.

The voters are mentally defective for electing him.
Yeah...I know....Chrissy Quinn was even worse.
Maybe not. At least you get what you see. Duh Blaz is a snake owned by REBNY faking caring about the little guy.
Measure him up for orange!

The so-called "Public Advocate" takes over if de Blasio steps down or gets locked up. That's a sham of a job.
