It looks as thought the illegal signs sporting his mug have been removed.
The psychic, however, still holds court on the first floor.
Nice weeds & graffiti.
The clunkers remain.
Anyone want a used car with a smashed roof?

It still has a sanford and son vibe about the place.
Next broadway stages production: Ciafone and Wife. The psychic might be their main adviser. It also might make a good tawdry reality show for those with strong stomachs.
Throw the bum in jail already.
Wow - what a neglected, ghettoized POS corner! And this is considered a "Hot Neighborhood"? Oh well - you can't buy class!
....no, this neighborhood isn't "hot" until you go north of 31st ave.

The area around Stand Smokehouse is 'hot' and look what nightmare that place is to live around. But don't worry - 'Sips and Bites' just moved into the restaurant at the corner of the building where there was formerly had a series of Mexican and Asian 'eateries' so Hippie scum is not too far away.
