They give those PBA cards out like candy.
They mean nothing.....
Those cards can get you out of a ticket, sometimes.
It's a shame that I couldn't get I pic of stinky vallone parked in a no parking zone five feet from a hydrant outside his daddy's office in Astoria this morning, while displaying his nypd business only petmit. We all know that he wasn't on city biz. He was getting tutored by daddy or doing some lobbying work for his other job as a registered state lobbyist.
