Looks like the same design application from the intended redux of the Queens Museum. Interrupt the facade with a pushed out glass box! Not much imagination there. What do you expect from a Beep that's got a 15 watt mind! I understand that she and the "scarecrow" are going to Oz to seek a brain!

Why your neighborhood is full of Queens Crap
"The difference between dishonest and honest graft: for dishonest graft one worked solely for one's own interests, while for honest graft one pursued the interests of one's party, one's state, and one's personal interests all together." - George Washington Plunkitt

Kick some of those crooks out of Queensboro Hall and you'll improve its design immediately!
How about cleaning borough hall for a change? I remember going up the stairs and seeing the same cobwebs months at a time.
Isn't there any civic pride left in this borough?
Isn't it wonderful how the cowarderly newspapers refused to even call borough hall III when borough hall I was torn down?
Yet another example of how the movers and shakers in this fine borough hold its public in contempt.
Where was boro hall II?
Borough Hall II was on Queens Plaza for a few years.
