Looks like the end of softball, concerts and events on the blacktop at Juniper Valley Park and the introduction of adult fitness equipment and bike paths for kids, along with new basketball and pickleball courts. All for the low price of $6M+!
The Parks department is also making their own version of crunch fitness.

That was completed a few years ago. Where have you been. Bobby Holden loves picket ball.
Nobody plays softball anymore. It's boring. In 10 years time, baseball will be extinct. Throwball wont' be long following it. I'll be glad to see an end to the Super bores.
How about a new Dept of Stupid, and demorats can be in charge of that.
I'd hardly call Bobby Holden a Democrat, even though he ran as one once in a while.
Yep nobody plays softball anymore. And the same thing goes for decent live music unless one is some hiphop shit or crooners playing to 20 or so catering to grey heads in Lawn chairs. Who was the guy with the acoustic guitar always playing shitty Irish songs to drunks in Connolly's?
I experienced perhaps the worst annoying, rude group's of people in that room ever. I almost barfed up my buffalo wings and had to get a doggie bag! I sure wouldn't want to hear that sh*t blasting out that park if I lived across the street.
Look at the bright side, at least it wasn't a soccer field rammed down peoples throats. (illegal immigrant slob magnet)
Why is it those people in Middle Village are constantly getting Fffed up the yin yang by the city? Shelters, lazy cops, disorganized sewer projects, lithium-ion batteries, freight train coupling 4AM

They'll have a tough job matching Trump's April Fools tariff team.
