Tony Avella interview

Interesting interview. Just based on this interview alone, there is no logical reason to not vote for Senator Avella. He seems to have the people and communities in mind and cut through all the bureaucratic shit.

Unfortunately, not even Tony Avella has a solution to the ironclad law of inelastic demand on NYC housing. 2.63% of the entire United States lives in New York City, not to mention those who commute in for work, and tourists. It's entirely unsustainable.

Go Tony!!!

He has my vote for sure.

By the way I live in California, does that matter?

Seems to me like that idiot woman caller about "those" and "dumping", which I thought was just plain fucking idiotic even by today's ridiculous PC standards, was a de Blasio staffer or not, we still have many dumb ass people in NYC.

He has my vote and donation, even if I have doubts about whether he can win again a machine candidate like Scott Stringer.
You gotta have heart and hope.
Go Tony! Go!

Sorry.

Subpar performance.

Tony better step up his game or else the media will skin him alive.

Exactly right, last Anonymous! Avella himself PERSONIFIES bureaucracy to new heights, because after all, who better to know than someone who has never stopped sucking off of the mother of all government, cradle-to-grave teats of them all (as he ignored his constituents with impunity), and then gingerly saunters off for his regular 'lunch-and-a-manicure,' in perpetuity——for which every languishing New York City taxpayer ends up paying for his private splendor——versus public squalor, beggary, obscurity and quiet desperation for everyone else!

Time for this parasite and political hack to disappear into oblivion where he rightfully belongs!

In simpler parlance: SAME CIRCUS——SAME UNFUNNY, PHANTOM GOVERNMENT CLOWNS!

Go Tony! Go!

This should answer your question about Scott Stringer:

http://nypost.com/2016/12/21/stringer-says-hell-run-for-mayor-if-feds-indict-de-blasio/

Scott Stringer has never run in a competitive race, and he sure as hell isn't giving up his almost automatic re-election to Comptroller against de Blasio - unless BDB goes to the pokey.

...annnnnd Adam Lombardi AKA the dwarf troll AKA the porno-viewing fired staffer to Eric Ulrich rears his seriously *ugly* and poisonous and untruthful head again.

"Time for this parasite and political hack to disappear into oblivion where he rightfully belongs!"

You meant your corrupt bosses and party hacks, troll?

Avella has been in the political business since he first worked at the old community assistance unit.
Please numerate...which major intros of importance have actually been passed into law that Avella has put forward?
Photo ops...speeches...mugging with community leaders.
I beg to differ. With all of Abella's critics lined up...they will support Syringer with armies of campaign workers and treasure chests full of cash.
I hope that Tony has a nice stone for his sling against the great REBNY Goliaths of NYC.

Yeah....I love Avella's stance against the big guys....but that does not make him electable.
I once believed in Samta Claus.

Didn't Avella try running for mayor in the past?
It would be nice if he won this time.

To the fourth Anonymous from the bottom (a bottom feeder himself!), who called ME a troll. Listen, I am no troll, but I AM a victim of 'Tony the Phony Baloney,' and his dereliction of public duty, when he willfully ignored ME, his constituent (repeatedly!), when he was a corrupt-and-crooked city councilman. Instead of helping me, he made a grave situation worse, as he looked the other way of evidentiary and proven corruption and cover-ups that should have been properly addressed in 2006! So what does this parasite do??——he sics his vapid chief of staff on me, who brazenly tells me that they will call the police if I call his office again!!! I should have called the police on Avella and his filthy henchmen!

Now, I am sorry that reality is not your THING, Anonymous, but thankfully it is for me, as well as every OTHER constituent who knows what the REAL Tony Avella behaveslike——just another city/state government schlepper looking for his next big payroll at the expense of people whom he never intended to help in the first place——PEOPLE LIKE ME——where I STILL need urgent help because a vulgarian crumb like Avella didn't do his job, much less obey his public oath of office! Sadly, this 'Friendly Robbing' crook is FAR, FAR from alone!

Alas, our fed up and disgusted citizenry have got to FINALLY resign themselves to believe that ALL politicians (not public servants), are ONLY there for the publicly unauthorized, taxpayer-funded, automatic cost of living adjustment paychecks, and lifetime pensions (that ironically were always designated for their ever languishing constituents, all of whom were left to rot in perpetual PUBLIC SQUALOR, beggary, obscurity and quiet desperation, versus PRIVATE SPLENDOR, privilege, power and unjust enrichment for themselves).

Hence, New York State's 300% false, fake and failed politicians (from the top of Albany's darkest corridors, right down to the bottom of City Hall's kakistocracy), are now the worst of the lot, to unprecedented effect!

But, guess who makes the world a better place? Scientists, engineers, architects, artists, teachers, sculptors, etc. In simpler parlance, people who actually work for a living; not just cradle-to-grave, city and state government parasites like these hobbled hustlers who just show up (selectively and occasionally, exactly how they represent their subjects), and without redeeming themselves, as they take ALL of the credit for NONE of the work.

So, either wake up from your sleepwalk, 'SHEEPLE,' or start challenging authority that doesn't deliver——and never has!

Now, it may be new year 2017 approaching, but in THIS politically ravaged and tonsured State of New York, it's a story-on-loop about: SAME CIRCUS——SAME CRADLE-TO-GRAVE GOVERNMENT CLOWNS (who ironically keep winning reelection, without ever bothering to work for a living)!

There is nothing happy about THIS new year, when it will just be a tired retread of the last year (and so on, and so on)!

"but I AM a victim of 'Tony the Phony Baloney,"

Poor thing.
You are a TROLL and a lowlife SHILL. You poor mentally disturbed degenerate.
If Mr. Avella is corrupt as you claim, what would you call Vallone and DeBlasio?
You stupid mofo. Mr Avella gets involved and gets things done you anonymous liberal whore.
He got more done for his constituents than the whole council together!
I live in his district and I know exactly what Mr. Avella is about.
Go pound sand and find a real job instead of getting paid to post garbage about an outstanding man with an outstanding record. Tell you bosses they can blow us.

Anonymous said...

"I should have called the police on Avella and his filthy henchmen!"

Yeah, right. But you couldn't because you had no reason to.
You stupid, sorry ass SHILL.
The Hillary playbook is dead so better try something else.

PS. Interestingly enough all paid political hacks started posting now, that Mr. Avella announced he is running for mayor. All of a sudden he is corrupt, doesn't care. Soon he'll be racist, anti________ (fill in the blanks).
I guess they are scared and better yet their bosses are even more scared.
Preet please take the garbage out - for once and forever.

Tony has shown major gumption by doing interviews with de Blasio infected outlets like Brian Lehrer and Gothamist, the latter which has done a hatchet job by parsing the interview and posting a fake news click bait title

The url - http://gothamist.com/2016/12/22/tony_avella_interview.php

The clickbait title - Meet De Blasio's Shelter-Protesting, Car-Loving
Mayoral Challenger.

The councilman has to have his facts at the ready despite everything that has been already been written on blogs like this and recent coverage on de Blasio's corruption. Other than that, he handled the questions well and made a salient point on how affordable housing should be funded.

And that caller from park slope (surprise, surprise) failed miserably trying to force a racial connotation from the words "those people". Weren't the Ambroses and their 2 pretty babies, murdered by city enabled slumlord neglect, white? Aren't the people protesting hotels in progress in sunset park and st. albans black and latino? To be fair to the host, he did realize she sounded like an idiot and cut her off.

Was that Ana Beatriz Barros calling? Who by the way, is Letitia James no 2 official in the public advocate office. This might be why Ms. James is practically invisible and incognizant of the public's civic needs and rights, the economic inequity of the wealthy and middle class, and Blaz and Banks divisive and dangerous homeless policy.
