NYC subway justice

From the NY Post:

It was the last stop for this subway creep.

An alleged subway groper was cuffed yesterday after fellow straphangers dragged him off an L train in Brooklyn and held him for cops, police said.

Victor Sigler, 30, of The Bronx, was arrested on a charge of forcible touching for allegedly grabbing a 35-year-old victim around the waist and feeling her buttocks as she got off a Queens-bound G train at the Lorimer Street subway stop at around 9:30 p.m., police said.

Sigler then allegedly ran and tried to board a Manhattan-bound L train — with his victim in hot pursuit — but was dragged out of the car and held on the platform by a pair of good Samaritans, in an act of street justice captured on video and posted to YouTube today.

As one of the straphanger heroes held Sigler on the platform, bystanders applauded as transit cops arrived and made the arrest.

The woman was not harmed.

Now if people would do the same for drug dealers and guntoters this city would be partly bearable........get rid of the "stop snitchin'" savage mentality!

Excellent - the sleazebag was caught and having his day filmed on camera is awesome - let's keep this up New York - put these scumbags down on the ground.

1. Innocent until proven guilty
2. Vigilantism is ILLEGAL

These people thought it would be great justice to take the law into their own hands.

Just look at 2:12 in the video, the overweight woman grabs the mans hair AFTER HE IS ALREADY SUBDUED/RESTRAINED/CAPTIVE/PUT IN HANDCUFFS.

Anyone remember this story?

Helping people in this city is a HUGE liability. One second you're trying to help some relatively helpless old woman from a fire and then the next thing you know she is suing you or pressing criminal charges on you for some insane reason.

You want help? HELP YOURSELF.

One woman used the N word in the video. Very classy.

They didn't hang him, just held him for the police,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

If a cop apprehended that guy the same way these guys did, the same crowd would have been screaming for the cop's head, and the cop would have been jailed, fired and sued.

"Vigilantism is ILLEGAL"
--Only if you get caught and even then it depends. Its better to be judged by 12 then carried by 6
You have to remember this is a corrupt city where the mayor and police commissioner have now placed all the rank and file cops in the handcuffs.
NYC rank and file cops are forced to "ignore real crime" and go after people the system can get easy money from.
A city's that's stripped its law abiding citizens not only castle doctrine but the 2nd amendment right to defend themselves, carry guns when the cops aren't around. Ex cops and their family members account for 90% of permits granted. Its $500 a year application fee even if your denied)
For non cops this permit only allows to carry to a firing range in a "lock-box". The "lock-box" also applies to home storage to prohibit use of a the licensed, loaded handgun in the home, thereby prohibiting its use for self-defense in the home, street or business.
All the crooks and perverts know this.

In gun states like Michigan and Texas they don't have all this nanny bullsh*t protecting the scumbags ---Its the other way around !
The armed citizens have the scumbags and perverts scared to death and running *TO* nanny "safe" states like New York
NYC should allow whoever wants to freely own and carry a hand gun provided they pass a full safety and training class.

Too hell with criminals and perverts !
They should lose all rights the second they decide to commit crime in my opinion.

Shouldn't the police be out catching real criminals instead of harrassing this Hispanic brother?

Anonymous said...

How can the news article so conclusively state that the victim was ot harmed? Callous, sexist reporting.

Anon No. 8:

Who says he's Hispanic and he is a real criminal?

It depends on what narrative the lame stream media is trying to push.

Probably in this case, since the alleged "victim" is an oppressed "woman of color", the media will report the alleged "groper" as a heterosexual white male member of the paternalistic oppressor class.

Got it?

Who says the victim is an "alleged victim" and not a victim? Were you there and saw something different?

Are you defending this guy?

Got it?

The New York Post must be using a different Bible than mine. In my Bible, the Good Samaritan offers help to the victim of a crime, he doesn't join a mob assaulting the perpetrators.

Sigler is lucky there wasn't a sturdy tree and someone with 20 feet of strong rope nearby.

Good Samaritan statute offers immunity from civil and government prosecution.
