Look out below!

Here we are on Corona Avenue in Elmhurst at the site of an old factory. Looks like they want to convert it to - get this - luxury condos! Well, what else?
Hmmm...how can they do that when they don't have a permit for that? They do have a bunch of alteration permits, though.

Let's take a peek at the building.
Oops!

Notice how the SWO is for a fallen scaffold, not for the obvious demo without a permit. And P.S. there were workers walking around the property when the photo was taken.

Yuppies along the Brooklyn and LIC waterfront
may love those converted factories.....
like New Englanders used to love
their converted barns.

(I remember taking a tour of an old TOILET SEAT
manufacturing plant just south of the Brooklyn Bridge in the mid 1970s that was one of the first
such buildings turned into luxury loft space).

But THIS IS ELMHURST/CORONA.....

PUH-LEASE.....somebody's been smoking crack !!!!

Looks like the Asian’s are moving into Spanish corona.
