This is not a new problem. In the past I've seen kids on bikes and ATV's riding on the track and the field. There are signs prohibiting this. We know young guys do stupid things since the beginning of time. Call the cops, they might come.

It all started with this Super Flu that was inaccurately misnamed a world pandemic in the midst of racial unrest that crippled law enforcement's ability to focus on local crimes and the mask mandate along with the looting inspired demonstrations, served to embolden criminals to commit more acts of crime. Add to that the Looney Woke Libs refusal to address crimes for what they are and want to label every other crime as a mental issue and there you have it. Hope I got all of that.
