Drive at 5 talks illegal conversions

Go to 17:15 where Curtis Sliwa interviews Paul Graziano about illegal conversions. It's quite entertaining.

Gee, imagine if we had a Council Member in NE Queens that could speak as intelligently and coherently as Paul Graziano about illegal conversions and zoning issues. Instead, we have Stinky.

Stinky, Stavitsky, and Katz. The law firm that works for YOU.

What is his sweetheart KATZ doing about the problem? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!

Looks like Katz took her toll on Curtis

Highly amusing. Whoever runs for city council needs some better spots than an appearance on Sliwa's show.
Yet....it was a great shot at the crooked powers that be in Queens. Note....that when Cutris referred to borough leadership in Queens....he neglected to mention his sperm donation to borough president Melinda Katz for her in vitro child.

I ... just .... don't ... understand ....

Kurtis and Katz.

Well, even though she was not mentioned by name, Curtis still took a stab at Katz by criticizing the borough leadership.

when will he probe the ILLEGAL ALIEN ASIAN VISA OVERSTAYS in Queens Cnty? And how many are steered to illegal dwellings by Asian corruption.Is it true that Queens librarys will be used for immigration aliens to receive legal aid and voting info., paid for by a $7million "grant" of taxpayers $$$$$,given by Comrade De Blasio.

I beg to differ with Graziano on one point. He said that sometimes DOB doesn't inspect for illegal conversions for as many as 40 days. I would love if we really had that service, many times we wait 6 months or more and then nothing happens.

That's the "official and legal" window for inspectors to do their job. I couldn't agree with you more, as many times they don't inspect at all. My point was that even when the inspectors do their jobs, they have 40 days, courtesy of the administration of Mayor De Blasio.

A police officer from the 109th once told a few attenders at a civic meeting that if 311 gets three calls on the same matter from three different phone numbers, then the issue gets bumped up to a higher priority level. While I cannot substantiate this is true I will give this a try.
One call from my land line...another from my cell phone...and another from my wife's cell phone. Maybe the response time might be cut to half. LOL!

As I have noted many times before...
DOB=department of bribery...
DOB=department of bumblers!
REBNY runs New York. DOB is their pal.

In the past when DOB did not do their job, FDNY was called in.
That worked well a couple of times. Not sure if that's still the case.

P.S.
Great job, Paul.

Why should Katz give a crap?
Her salary is paid by REBNY. They are the ones who made her election possible.
Name me one borough president who was not in cahoots with the NYC real estate building industry?

Falasheng was sold to the highest bidder.
You people know who they are.
The corruption is waist deep. Stinks!
