Here we go again

"The nightly racing and loud music coming from FMP that goes on every summer (and has for at least the last 7 years) is starting again. Now that the weather is starting to warm up, the late night drag racers and partners are returning to the park. This started this past weekend at around midnight and has gone on almost every night since. Last night it started at 2 am with screaming motorcycle engines for close to an hr.

Every summer the Police are called multiple times a night, every night, and nothing seems to happen. Is this what we have to look forward to this summer?" - anonymous

I'm sure everyone partaking in this event are just good minority kids and we don't want the evil white police to harass them in any way.

So yes this is what you can look forward to all summer because the rights of minority criminals are more important in this city than enforcing the law and supporting the police who do it. Its what NYC voted for, so buckle up and enjoy the ride (and loud music at 2am)!

So the cops will respond, the morons will hop in their unregistered cars with no license to drive them speed off from the cops, then crash into a tree or another car killing themselves or someone else.

Then our wonderful politicians will stand on the steps of city hall saying that these pillars of the community, who were good people were killed for playing their radio "a bit too loud" and the cops should be arrested and fired for negligent homicide. Then there will be a 50 million dollar lawsuit against the NYPD.

Or the cop could drive by, look, keep driving not get involved, write a parking ticket to someone parked too close to a fire hydrant, call it a day, and not deal with all that nonsense.

I can hear this crap miles away in North Flushing when the wind is blowing east. So now I have planes all day from LGA and noise from FMP at night.
WTF ?

J Moss from vanishing has a great term for this when he was writing about obnoxious drunken hipsters yelling in the streets and on the roofs of the overvalued properties,"loudmouth weather".

Add this to the jerks who unreasonably have parties every weekend till 5 am (including Sundays!) and the lame ninja bike gangs revving their engines and riding on sidewalks.

This has been going on for awhile which includes the lack of enforcement but it's more excessive now. A massive stink of impunity is in the air along with shrill sounds of Nicki Minaj.

I always combat this unpleasant racket with this album and cranking it to 11.

Hey, that photo looks familiar, similar to one that I took 2 yrs ago at Willets Point. So, they've moved back to their original location, FMP? From Willets Point, 2 years ago. Hmm, hope they don't get kicked out of there and back to Willets Point!

Where are Parks Enforcement and the local precincts? Maybe it's time to install gates.

Seize the vehicles and put a few offenders in the cooler.

"Amigo, ees part of our culture to share music".
Don'tcha just love diversity?

Brooklyn has a world class park and a first rate museum.
What do we have? Vibrant, bustling FMCP.

Borough hall allows this to happen so the case can be made for cleaning out Willets Point.

After a few years of migraine headaches, everyone will welcome a theme park at the junkyards.

That should come to an end when the bulldozers move in to level the place and build the new Related project there. All the shops at WP have agreed to move to the bronx as of a few weeks ago. Hopefully the bulldozers mow down some of these people while they're at it.

See what I mean? That last poster is a shill for the developers of WP. Maybe it's that old bag Shulman herself that's posting.

Willets point is toxic, you cant build there. Get some private lab to take core samples and check the water table.

How do we stop this? Its been years? Start a petition? Get a lawyer? This needs to stop. Good normal working people need to sleep for work instead of having nightmares doing the reggae ton seizures at night.
