Candidates speak to BFHA about airport noise

Filmed at Broadway-Flushing Homeowners Association last week.

There are some really bad jokes at ~5:20.

Someone please tell Saffran that the democrats are not going to work with or even acknowledge working with him. So stop appealing for their assistance. Didn't he see their attitude during the federal shutdown. Its a political war for the body and soul of the American people so lets treat it like one. No pandering. Look where it got Halloran.

The only voices that count on this Federal issue are those of our Congressmen and Senators, not local candidates for City office. What have Meng and Shumer said and done about airport noises?

Someone please tell Saffran that the democrats who care about their community and integrity WILL VOTE for him!
I don't care what party i'm labeled as, I don't want my neighborhood sold to the Real Estate Board of NY. The PAC that has spent $350,000 on Vallone's campaign and poor paul vallone, there's nothing he can do about it.
Well I know what I'm going to do about it, Go Saffran!

So Paul thinks part of the plane noise is due to the halloween decorations in front of his house. ha ha that is so funny, once again it's all about Paul and his house, his family, his kids. blah, blah, blah, blah

What's with the clown outfit Vallone's got on? Is Apelian your tailor or are you tryin to be a regular guy again?

The Headless Horseman said...

VALLONE: If we shut the Halloween decorations down, I think we'll be fine.

You are the Halloween decoration.

There are only 2 things in North Flushing that can be seen from airplanes flying overheard - Paul Vallone's chrome dome, and that ugly sweater/vest he was wearing at the BFHA meeting...

Shaved-head idiot fatso Vallone looks like he stole and ate all the bread from the inmates at Auschwitz when they weren't looking.

Another Democratic hack, Scott Stringer, has towed the party line and endorsed Vallone. Now I will take a closer look at Stringer's opponent in the Comptroller race, Republican John Burnett, who actually has financial credentials. I heard a little bit of their debate on WNYC radio a week or two ago, and he sounded pretty sharp, and he really went after the bureaucrat Stringer.

Stupid pols and worse the people attending thinking these 3 clowns are going to change anything.
The feds will laugh and tell both them to STICK IT !!

Perhaps that Uncle Fester looking dude could be used as luminary beacon for aircraft marshalling ??

Uh--
I noticed that brief (he thought would go unnoticed)) flash of a glare that Vallone passed me that night. I was sitting right in front of the podium focusing my camera on him.

I guess my "VALLONEY-BALONEY" cartoon didn't agree with his digestion--or he doesn't like close ups (even if it's C.B. De Mille's cameraman is shooting).

He sort of looks a bit like a preppy Sri Chinmoy in meditation--with that "snappy" vest he's wearing. Does he not?

Is that, perhaps, getting too personal?

Too GD bad!

The Vallones are lobbyists for the same developers who would like to get their hands on my Broadway (and yours) Flushing nabe!

AND THAT'S VERY PERSONAL TO ME!

Dennis gets my vote--sorry, Paulie!

Where is Adam Lombardi?
Doesn't he usually hold up PV's bridal train.

He'd make a cute little ring boy.

It didn't take long for Vallone acolyte Adam Lombardi to come out with another hit piece on Dennis Saffran. It's interesting how he says Saffran has been "missing in action" in CD19 for the past ten years, when Saffran has been a community leader in Little Neck-Douglaston. Adam, the district covers more than just Bayside, Whitestone, and Broadway. And, of course, we know how Paulie Vallone only shows up every four years when it's time to run for office ... again.

Adam's brain said...

Yes, I know that I used to support Eric Ulrich and Dan Halloran. But now my heart belongs to another, so I have to pretend that I never liked those guys. It's not like I was promised a job or anything.

Adam used to work for Eric Ulrich until he got fired.

I wonder what he did. Didn't he also get fired from an upstate newspaper?

Adam was looking at various pornography on a work computer while at Ulrich's office. His tenure at the Rockland County newspaper was less than a month.

Considering that the Dwarf has admitted to the fact that he doesn't care whether he tells the truth or not on his blog - describing himself as a National Enquirer-type "news" site - it doesn't really matter what nonsense he writes.

Facts are facts: Paul Vallone is a political thug whose family has used Astoria like a vampire uses a host - they sucked all the blood out of it, leaving it an overdeveloped husk of a neighborhood. Now they're desperately setting their sights on northeast Queens to do the same thing.

Keep a lookout for Paul Vallone Halloween masks throughout northeast Queens this Thursday. If you vote for him, dear reader, the TRICK is gonna be on you!

I'm a Democrat but I'll be voting for the Republican, Dennis Saffran, because I refuse to vote for Vallone. Vallone is backed by special interests that are not those of his constituents.

Adam worked for Ulrich until after he won the primary for him. He was never fired.

After ADAM won the primary for ULRICH???

HAHAHHAAHHAHAHAH!

Not bloody likely.

Ok, Adam was not fired. He was "let go" for wanking to gay porn at the office.

Well done, little dwarf.

I'm not surprised to hear that Vallone's number 1 fan got fired for viewing porn at work. These guys are all thugs and bullies.

Just watch Vallone at the debates he's either talking to the audience like they are children or he's having a temper tantrum or he's lying.

If he gets elected we can all say bye-bye to as Paul Vallone says "the damn Broadway Flushing Homeowners" because we will all be living is Astoria.

He has sold his soul (and our neighborhood) to REBNY.

Dennis Saffran used to be a civic he knows first hand what it's like and what's needed to be on the front lines of protecting and helping your community.

Paul Vallone is a liar (oops), I meant lawyer. He knows first hand how to twist the rules to suit the highest bidder.

Hey, where has Paulie been the last couple weeks?? Whitestone/Beechhurst hasn't seen him since he blew in here with his "school being built scare tactics". Even with all the people that came out and listened to Paulie scream in the street.......THERE STILL ARE NOT any Paul Vallone signs on the lawns. Thanks for the info, whether its true or just another lie, we still don't support you. We came out for our neighborhood, not for you.

Please people don't vote for Paulie V.!!! He's a hack from way back. He likes to blame others for his mistakes. Put his back to the wall and he will start spewing tons of shit just to TRY to make him look innocent, including more lies!

Anonymous said...

Well done, little dwarf.

Apologies to all the gay dwarves out there for having been compared to Adam.

Most of the Vallone lawn signs are on the properties near his house on 32nd Ave - either due to neighborly loyalty, or fear - and then the area around St. Andrew Avellino on 35th Ave. And, of course, many shop owners will try to please their customers by putting up any sign they ask for. (There was still a Frank Padavan sign in the window of Gyro Corner for a few years after Frank was defeated.) Paulie doesn't have nearly as much support as he thinks he does. Once he realizes this, I wouldn't be surprised if we see a last-minute "Jobs for New York" blitz on his behalf - even though he has nothing to do with them - Paulie has adopted the Sgt. Schultz defense.

Ohhhh, I thought the Paul Vallone lawns signs were halloween decorations.

That's probably because Paulie has looked like Uncle Fester for several years...

Paulie standing between Moby and Katz - a Valloney-baloney sandwich. Nice to see Adam standing in the front, with the children.
