Council explains why Willets Point condemnation is wrong, part 1

Prediction: Brad Lander will not do a thing about the abuse of condemnation about to happen at Willets Point. Prove me wrong, Brad.

Might Chuck Apelian be receiving any payment for his services in screwing the W.P. business owners out of their livelihood?

A third of "the crew" ,as you put it, looks like a geriatrics ward.
No wonder Chuck & Gene can easily twirl them around their fingers.
You forgot to mention CB#7's poor, scowling, frazzled, district manager...always seen busily scribbling notes while dealing with all of the various impossible egos and situations that constantly erupt at most board meetings...for a mere $85,000 a year.

Disagree, Brad Lander is alright. He stands by constituents unlike many other City Council members.
