Why don't you roll up your DIY sleeves and make some caltrops?
One person is a spotter and the other chucks the caltrops further ahead on the road. Then just sit back and watch the magic.
You may be right but we would rather do this the proper way and have the lovelies we entrust with our safety and quality of life to do their jobs. Our elected officials, and heads of government agencies et.al...
Off truck route tickets start at $250 and double for subsequent offenses up to a $2k max. It's surprising it is so hard to get this enforced with such profitable penalties. I think you need to find the right ear. Easier said than done though.
Tickets? Let us not forget that according to DOT, 33% or 107 cars are speeding on 5th avenue , PER HOUR.
