I remember the gas station on the left on the South west corner of Queen Blvd. It was rather caked with grimy oil grease on the ground and that my Mom would warn me to be careful not to get it on my shoes. It's maybe 25-30 years that it was torn down and sold to make way for the cheap looking but valuable building there today. This corner get lot of foot traffic but nothing that has occupied the corner has stayed long.
Yeah Dave. Dump her. Get a new photo. Why share the spotlight. Is she paying you to promote her? Are we supposed to be flabbergasted because you're standing next to her?
Demolishing a century-old Carnegie Library that is far and few between in Queens for a banal glass and brick box, and not restoring and expanding the existing building creatively with architectural setbacks and synonymous features, would be a travesty. I suggest you write the Landmarks Preservation Commission, Councilmember Dromm, and the NY Public Library. Let's not give in to the unideal of progress. The NY Public Library and commissioned architects needs to hit the books and think "outside of the box."

Why is this jerk Quintana posting a picture of Hilary in this story? What a jerk.
