I simply must ask...

What in tarnation is an "executive grocery"? Also, why the comma after the street number?

Hmmm...

An executive grocery story is where you must float a loan from the Federal Reserve to buy your daily coffee, milk, newspaper and eggs.

We are seeing more of them in New York where you can no longer escape paying $12.00 or so for breakfast at a greasy spoon diner either.

At least they got the hyphen right in the street address. That's more I can say for credit card companies.
