Dog days of summer in Ridgewood

In a June 2008 post entitled Only the Dead Know Ridgewood, I told the story of this house at 3-37 Grandview Avenue, which sits across the street from Linden Hill Cemetery. Back then, the site had been shut down for awhile.
Well, things there are progressing, albeit slowly, and the structure appears to have been changed a bit, perhaps to comply with the original permits.

Just please don't feed the developer's dog!
