State Senator Kevin Parker indicted

From WCBS880:

Prosecutors say a state senator has been indicted on assault and other charges after being accused of attacking a New York Post photographer who took his picture.

A Brooklyn grand jury handed up the indictment Friday against Democratic Sen. Kevin Parker. He faces up to seven years in prison if convicted of the assault, criminal mischief, menacing and harassment in the Second Degree.

Another bad one. He and Hiram should link hands and jump into a volcano.

Senator Kevin Parker yelled at and verbally assulted me at a Congressional Black Cacus event yesterday in Dc in the convention center. It was because I disagreed with him in conversation about gentrification. He called me a "young punk", even though I am a grown man, suggested I "shoot white people if I wanted to start a revolution", all while others watched confused, then stormed off. It was strange because my point had nothing to do with race or violence. Good thing I googled, now I know it wasn't my fault.
