And just where do they expect to get enough cooking oil to replace 5% of the oil used in NYC? Typical moron politican. Says what sounds good with little concern for what can work. Also, I suspect that this guys is not paying tax on that 20% of his fuel oil that is replacing the #2 crude. Then he gets a $300 tax rebate for doing it. Kind of double dipping. And soon as it becomes mandated, kiss the tax rebate good bye.
